Six days in Nashville built around Hyrox's first-ever Music City stop. This is a domestic retreat — no passport needed, easy to get to from anywhere in the US — and an excuse to do Nashville the right way. We'll have a private group house in the city, train together, race at the Music City Center, and then do Broadway the way it deserves to be done.
Being part of the inaugural Nashville Hyrox is something you'll be able to say you did first. We'll be there for all of it.
Flights and Hyrox race entry are not included. Accommodation TBD — details coming soon.
Itinerary is subject to change · Race slots spread across Dec 10–13
Fly into BNA. Get settled in the group house, meet the crew, and kick things off with a welcome dinner together. Easy shake-out run or group walk to explore the neighborhood.
Race begins. Morning trainer-led workout and nutrition workshop for those not racing today. City exploration, the Gulch, East Nashville, 12 South — Nashville has great neighborhoods to run through.
Race continues. Group photoshoot around the city — Nashville's murals, the honky-tonks, race venue. Afternoon free to explore: Centennial Park, the Parthenon, or the Bluebird Cafe.
Race day continues. Group dinner out at one of Nashville's great restaurants, then the night on Broadway — the honky-tonks, the live music, the kind of night Nashville was built for.
Final race slots. Recovery runs, Nashville coffee shops, and a proper last night out in Music City to celebrate everyone who finished. Nashville knows how to throw a party.
Slow morning, easy run, checkout. A domestic trip makes this easy — most people are home by Sunday evening. The group chat will be going for weeks.
